We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our agricultural products (Ginger, Turmeric, Hibiscus).
- We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
- All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
- We warrant that our products meet the “Jaaf Harvest Standard” as described on the individual product pages (e.g., moisture content <9%), but we do not warrant that the results of your specific culinary or manufacturing use will meet all personal expectations.
6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
7. User Comments and Feedback
If you send creative ideas, suggestions, or proposals (collectively, ‘comments’), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, and distribute them. We are under no obligation to maintain comments in confidence or to pay compensation for them.

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, shipping charges, and availability.
