Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Jaaf Harvest, we specialize in a “Hassle – free” international sourcing experience. We handle your shipping as you select your shipping arrangement including but not limited to Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning we handle the export documentation, international freight, and import duties. Others desire otherwise, and we oblige.

Order Processing & Handling

  • Processing Time: Depending on order type, orders are processed within 7–10 days (For smaill and medium orders), and 4 – 12 weeks (for bulk orders). Processing orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin the following business day.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete (including suite/apartment numbers). We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete address information.

Delivery Timeframes (International Air Freight)

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–10 business days.
  • Express International Shipping: 3–5 business days.
  • Please Note: While we strive for speed, delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs inspections, extreme weather, or peak holiday seasons.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  • Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your location.
  • The DDP Advantage: The shipping price you see at checkout includes all import duties and taxes. There are no hidden fees upon delivery.

Delays beyond Our Control

On rare occasions, deliveries may be delayed due to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Port strikes or customs delays
  • Public holidays in Nigeria or your country
  • Global shipping disruptions (e.g., pandemic, geopolitical events)

We will notify you of any known delays and work to resolve them as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates for delays outside our control.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures to perform our obligations under this policy when caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • War, civil unrest, or terrorism
  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, fires)
  • Government actions or trade restrictions
  • Global pandemics or health emergencies
  • Port closures or strikes

In such cases, we will work with you in good faith to find a reasonable resolution.
