Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our agricultural products (food-grade spices and botanicals), we maintain strict quality control standards.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns
Your product is eligible for a return or replacement if it meets one of the following conditions:
- Damaged Upon Arrival: The product packaging was breached or damaged during transit.
- Incorrect Product: You received a different item or weight than what was ordered.
- Quality Discrepancy: The product is expired or does not meet the “Jaaf Harvest Standard” (e.g., broken seals).
For Quality or Specification Disputes
If you believe the product does not match our stated specifications:
- We may request you to send a sample to an independent, mutually agreed laboratory
- Test results will determine eligibility
- If testing confirms product does not meet specifications, we will:
- Cover the cost of testing
- Provide replacement or refund
Note: If testing shows product meets specifications, you will be responsible for testing costs.
Return Request Process
- Timeframe: You must submit a return request within seven (3) days of receiving your delivery.
- Evidence: Please email contact@jaafharvest.com with your order number and at least two (2) clear images showing the condition of the product and packaging.
- Resolution: Specify if you prefer a Product Replacement (via coupon) or a Cash Refund.
Inspection upon Delivery
You must inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice:
- Visible damage to packaging – note it on the delivery receipt before signing
- Missing items – note it before signing
- Product quality concerns – document with photos
Do not sign for damaged goods without noting the damage. Once you sign without comments, carriers may deny damage claims.
Return Shipping Costs
- Jaaf Harvest’s Responsibility: If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, incorrect, or expired), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide pickup instructions.
- Buyer’s Responsibility: If the product is intact and correct, but you wish to return it due to a “change of mind,” you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that opened or tampered food products cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Inspection and Resolution
Upon receiving the returned items at our designated warehouse (US or UK), our Quality Assurance team will inspect the goods.
- Cash Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
- Product Replacement: You will receive a digital coupon equal to the initial value to select a replacement or alternative product.

- We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
- For significant changes, we will notify you by email (if you have provided one) or via a notice on our website
