Q: Do I need to create an account to place an order?

A: No. You can order as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account offers benefits such as faster checkout for future orders, order history and tracking, saved addresses and preferences, and exclusive offers.

Q: Are your products lab-verified?

A: Yes. Every batch intended for export undergoes rigorous testing. We prioritize low moisture content (<9%), high essential oil levels, and zero contaminants to ensure our products meet US, UK, and EU food safety standards.

Q: What packaging sizes are available?

A: We cater to both retail and wholesale markets with a wide range of pack sizes:

  • Retail Packaging: starting from 50g to 1kg.
  • Wholesale/Bulk: 10kg, 20kg, and 40kg sacks
Q: Do you offer other products besides Ginger, Turmeric and Hibiscus?

A: We are currently working to expand our portfolio to include other export-grade agricultural products.

Q: Are your products organic?

A: We are in the process of obtaining organic certification. Currently, our products are grown using traditional, low-chemical farming methods, processed without artificial additives or preservatives, lab-tested for purity and safety.  If you require certified organic products, please contact us.1 We can discuss options based on your volume and timeline.

Q: Do you provide Halal or Kosher certification?

A: We are exploring these certifications. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

Products & Quality Assurance

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship globally. Whether you are in North America, Europe, Asia, or the Middle East, we can deliver our products directly to your doorstep or preferred port.

Q: What shipping arrangements do you offer?

A. We offer Ex-Works (EXW), Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), Free on Board (FOB); and Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF). Our recommended shipping option for low volume orders below 1 ton is DDP

Q: What is Ex-Works Shipping?

A: We make the goods available for pick up at our warehouse in Nigeria or we deliver it to the logistics company of your choice and you take over from there.

Q: What is DDP Shipping?

A: This means the price you pay at checkout includes all international freight, customs clearance, and import duties. We handle the paperwork so you don’t have to deal with customs “surprises.” This is usually delivered through Air freight.

Q: What is FOB Shipping?

A: This means we deliver the goods to the port until it is loaded on departure vessel. You pay the cost of freight and every other thing once the ship leaves the departure port. This is usually ocean freight recommended for orders up to 20ft container.

Q: What is CIF Shipping?

A: This means we arrange for the entire journey to the destination port (in your country). You take over once the ship arrives at the destination port. This is usually ocean freight and recommended for large orders where you don’t want to deal with the logistics.

Q: What is the estimated delivery timeframe?

A:

  • Air Freight (Standard): 7–12 business days globally.
  • Air Freight (Express): 3–5 business days.
  • Sea Freight: Available for bulk orders (20ft/40ft containers); timeframes vary by destination port.
Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number (DHL, FedEx, or specialized cargo carrier). You can monitor your products journey in real-time through the carrier’s portal.

Ordering & Payments

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Simply browse our store, select your desired pack size (from 50g to 40kg), and proceed to checkout. For bulk orders exceeding 1 ton, please contact us for a custom quote.

Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

A: Our standard MOQ is 10kg for any product and 1kg sample for bulk order.

Q: Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

A: Yes. We strongly encourage sampling before placing your first bulk order.

Q: Do I get discounts for large volumeorder?

A: Yes. Volume discounts of up to 10% are available for orders exceeding 1 ton. Contact us for a custom quote based on your volume.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: We accept all major international credit/debit cards and secure digital payments. For large-scale wholesale orders, we also accept Bank Wire Transfers (Swift/Telegraphic Transfer).

Q: What payment terms do you offer?

A: For retail shop owners and small businesses, we receive 100% advance before processing. For returning customers (3+ orders), payment term is negotiable (e.g 50% deposit, 50% before shipment. Letter of Credit (L/C) available for large volume customers

Q: Is my information secure?

A: Absolutely. Our website uses industry-standard SSL encryption to ensure your personal and financial data is protected at every stage of the transaction.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Due to food safety regulations, we only accept returns for products that are damaged upon arrival, incorrect, or expired. Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with supporting photos. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for the full process.

Q: Can I become a reseller?

A: Yes! Our 20kg and 40kg options are designed specifically for resellers and specialty shop owners. We offer tiered and discounted pricing for consistent partners. Reach out to our team to discuss long-term supply contracts.
